Users of the free and open source wpStoreCart plugin, as well as wpStoreCart Blogger Edition users should use our community support forums to ask, find, and help others with their questions, comments, and suggestions.
VIP Customer Support Network
Individuals and businesses who purchase wpStoreCart Professional, or wpStoreCart Enterprise Edition, receive lifetime access to the VIP Customer Support Network. This includes a private forum for wpStoreCart PRO and Enterprise customers, which is monitored by wpStoreCart Staff.
Support Tickets
Businesses that require the highest level of reliability and support will benefit from our Support Ticket system. We provide full service support 24/7/365, with a 3 tier support staff dedicated to solving your issues. The support ticket system is pay per case, but wpStoreCart PRO and Enterprise customers are issued free tickets. Essentially, if you have an issue, you use a support credit to open a support ticket.
1 Support Credit costs $49.99 (all PRO and Enterprise licenses also include some free support credits.) Support credits can be spent on various levels of support tickets:
- 3 Business Days – Costs 1 Support Credit
- 1 Business Day – Costs 3 Support Credits
- 24 hour, 24/7, 365 – Costs 5 Support Credits
If we fail to respond within the time frame, you will not be charged any support credits. Support credits are used in order to pay the support staff who assisted you. Only you can close a support ticket, however we will not accept support tickets that request custom features. Instead, you should contact us to get a quote for your specific requirements.
